In the settlement of Psakoudia in Chalkidiki, Greece, we created with love a complex of apartments (3 keys category).
There are 3 studios that can accommodate up to three people with extra bed, 2 triple studios and 2 apartments with lounge-kitchen and bedroom. All rooms have a balcony with view to the garden (600 m2), air-conditioning, TV, fridge, fully equipped kitchen and access to the internet (Wi-Fi).
Also there is private parking, playground for kids and a gym where anyone can exercise for free.
Just a short walk away, you will find super markets, shops and restaurants. Pavloudis apartments are located 250 m from the sea, 80 km from Thessaloniki and 70 Km from Macedonia Airport.

On the coast between the Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas, is the seaside resort of Psakoudia. With its superb beach, clean waters and excellent weather conditions, Psakoudia has become a favorite of holiday lovers. It is located in the middle of Chalkidiki and it is the ideal start to many tours. It is close to Polygyros, the capital of Chalkidiki, Nea Moudania Port and near the Thessaloniki airport. In Ormylia, there is the biggest monastery for women in Greece with a great historical background.
The ancient city of Olynthos and the Petralona cave are some of the must do tours in Chalkidiki. The public feasts that take place every year in Chalkidiki are realy interesting and something that you will not forget. The best fruit and vegetables, directly from the farmers, stands every day left and right of the road from Psakoudia towards Nikiti.
In Psakoudia, visitors can enjoy drinks and meals at the beachside cafes, bars, restaurants and tavernas. The place compines night life and relaxed holidays. All the taverns have realy fresh fish and other delicasies to taste. Several souvenir shops and a silversmith invite you to stroll. Comfortable accommodation is also provided in hotels, bungalows, apartments and rooms to rent. There is something for every taste. Also during the winter Chalkidiki is very impressive. The air is clear and the view of the cliffs opposite in Cassandra and the mountain Olympos at 2912m, with the snow peaks are some pictures that one can't describe.

Good room, cleaned to perfection and all amenities included. The only thing I would change was the mattress (it took a bit of getting used to). Evn when we botjered at 12 oclock in the evening, becuase we locked the key inside the room, they weren't bothered. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk to the beach. In the rooms you can find almost you may need (including kitchen accessories), which really makes you feel like home (a brand new home, clean and neat). You only need to bring with you clothing and personal items which you really need for a seaside holiday, almost everything else is already there. The hosts (John and Nadia) are always there, ready to respond to any of your needs. Their attention to details can usually be met only at highest class accommodation facilities, exceptionally hard working and careful.
